Membership, explained
Is the membership fee annual?
Yes. Gold costs US$98 per year and Black Gold costs US$168 per year. These are membership fees, separate from your watch purchases.
Can I use a discount to buy or renew membership?
No. Membership purchase and renewal fees are excluded from all discounts, including the Gold discount, the Black Gold discount and the additional multi-watch discount.
When does the extra Black Gold discount apply?
It applies when you buy 2 or more watches in a single order. Your 20% Black Gold discount is applied first, then another 10% is taken off the discounted watch total. This gives a total discount of 28%, not 30%.
What warranty duration comes with each tier?
Gold includes a 36-month worry-free warranty. Black Gold includes a 60-month worry-free warranty. Contact us if you would like to confirm coverage for a particular watch.
