Simple habits help preserve the rhythm, appearance, and reliability of your HORAE V timepiece.

Daily Care

Avoid strong impacts, magnetic fields, extreme temperatures, and unnecessary exposure to moisture. When not in use, keep your watch in a clean, dry place away from direct sunlight.

Mechanical Watch Use

If your mechanical watch has stopped after not being worn, wind it gently before use. Do not force the crown or overwind the movement.

Water Resistance

No watch is permanently waterproof. Water resistance may decrease over time due to wear, temperature changes, or impact.

Strap & Crystal

Leather straps should be kept away from water, sweat, perfume, and chemicals whenever possible. Sapphire crystal is highly scratch-resistant, but it may still be damaged by impact.

Please contact HORAE V Customer Care if you notice changes in timekeeping, moisture, impact damage, or loose external components.

Contact Customer Care if:

  • The watch stops unexpectedly
  • The timekeeping becomes noticeably irregular
  • Moisture appears inside the crystal
  • The crown, clasp, or strap feels loose or damaged
  • The watch has suffered a strong impact
