What makes a HORAE V timepiece different?

HORAE V is built around the idea of The Fifth Season of Time: a more personal way to understand rhythm, presence, and mechanical beauty. Our watches focus on distinctive dials, visible mechanical structure, and materials chosen for their character.

Are HORAE V watches mechanical?

Many HORAE V timepieces use mechanical movements, including open tourbillon designs. Please check the product specifications on each product page for the exact movement type.

Will the dial look exactly like the product photos?

We make every effort to show each watch accurately. However, natural stone dials, textured dials, leather straps, and polished surfaces may show slight variations in color, grain, or reflection. These differences are part of the character of the material.

About Shipping

Do you offer international shipping?

Yes. HORAE V ships internationally to selected countries and regions. Available shipping methods and estimated delivery times will be shown during checkout.

How long does delivery usually take?

Most orders are processed within 1-3 business days after payment confirmation. Delivery time depends on the destination and shipping method selected. Standard international delivery usually takes 7-20 business days, while express delivery may be faster in supported regions.

How can I track my order?

After your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information. If you have not received your tracking email, please contact us at support@horaev.com with your order number.

Will I need to pay customs duties or import taxes?

International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or local fees charged by the destination country or region. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the product price or shipping fee.

After-Sales Service

Can I return or exchange my watch?

Yes. We offer a 30-day return or exchange policy, subject to approval and product condition. Returned items must be unworn, unused, and returned with the original packaging, accessories, manuals, tags, warranty card, and proof of purchase.

How do I request a refund?

To request a return or refund, please contact HORAE V Customer Care at support@horaev.com with your order number, the email address used for the order, the reason for return, and clear photos of the product and packaging if requested.

Once your return request is approved, we will provide the correct return address and instructions. Please do not send your watch back before receiving return authorization.

How long is the warranty?

Every HORAE V timepiece is covered by a 36-month worry-free warranty from the date of purchase. If your watch experiences any issue during the warranty period, please contact us first at support@horaev.com so our team can review your request and provide the next steps.

Water Resistance

Is my HORAE V watch waterproof?

No watch is completely waterproof. HORAE V watches may offer water resistance depending on the model. Please refer to the water resistance rating listed on the product page.

Can I wear my watch while showering or swimming?

We do not recommend wearing your watch while showering, swimming, bathing, or using a sauna. Hot water, steam, soap, and chemicals may affect the seals, crystal, case, and strap.

How should I protect the water resistance of my watch?

Avoid operating the crown or buttons while the watch is wet. Keep the crown fully pushed in or secured when applicable. Avoid hot water, steam, and chemicals. Do not open the case back by yourself.
