Every HORAE V timepiece is covered by a 36-Month Unconditional Warranty from the date of purchase.

We believe a high-end mechanical watch should be worn with confidence. If your watch experiences any issue during the warranty period, please contact HORAE V dedicated personal concierge care first at support@horaev.com. Our team will review your request and guide you through the next steps for inspection, repair, or replacement.

If repair is not possible, we may replace your watch with the same model or with a model of comparable value and specification, subject to availability.

To help us assist you quickly, please include your order number, a brief description of the issue, and clear photos or videos of the watch when contacting us.

Please do not send your watch back before receiving confirmation and return instructions from HORAE V.
