At HORAE V, every timepiece is prepared with care before it begins its journey to you. After your order is placed, you will receive an order confirmation email. Once your order has shipped, we will send a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.
Order Processing Time
Most orders are processed within 1-3 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will begin processing on the next business day.

Shipping Carriers
We work with trusted international logistics partners, including DHL, FedEx, UPS, USPS, YunExpress, and other carriers depending on the destination and selected shipping method.
Customs, Duties & Import Taxes
International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or local fees charged by the destination country or region. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the product price or shipping fee.
Address Accuracy
Please make sure your shipping address is complete and accurate before placing your order. HORAE V is not responsible for delivery delays, failed delivery, or additional shipping costs caused by incorrect or incomplete address information.
If you notice an error in your shipping address, please contact us as soon as possible at support@horaev.com. Once an order has been shipped, we may not be able to change the delivery address.
Pre-Order Items
If your order includes a pre-order item, the order will be shipped after the item becomes available. If your order contains both in-stock and pre-order items, they may be shipped together unless otherwise arranged.
